Director Planning Research & Statistics
The department is responsible for defining the strategic directions of the agency through:
Strategic planning, annual plans and budget, review of guidelines, research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E). And also oversee the activities of ICT department that is collating, recording, sharing and maintenance of information of the Agency through: Registration of enrollees, development and maintenance of the Agency’s database. Update and publishing of enrollee data and distribution to all registered service providers and production of identity cards for staff and enrollees.

Director Programs
The department is responsible for: Designing Programmes (Formal Sector, Informal Sector, Health Equity Programme, etc.), programme Implementation, coordinating programmes, periodic review of programmes and registration of third party administrators (TPAs).

The department is responsible for: Human Resource Management, maintenance and procurement

Director Finance & Account
The department is responsible for managing the finances and accounts of the Agency through: Investment and Insurance, financial management, treasury Management and disbursement

The department is responsible for ensuring that all services provided under the scheme are in compliance with guidelines which can be achieved through the following: Developing quality assurance (QA) guidelines, defining standards according to national guidelines and protocol, ensuring compliance to guidelines and claims Management Unit
